Districts are now able to print Child Nutrition Year to Date Financial Reports from the On-Line Claim System.  FY 2015 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 are complete in the system.  Follow the following steps to access the reports:

1. Go to https://dese.ade.arkansas.gov/Offices/child-nutrition-unit/online-claim-for-reimbursement

2. Sign In using your Single Sign On Username and Password.

3. On the “REPORTS” tab, go to “Fin Oper/Eligibility/Miscellaneous.”

4. Then go to “Financial Operations & Status.”

5. Then go to “YTD Financial”

6. Enter the district’s LEA.

7. Beginning date 07/2014, ending date 06/2015.

8. Select “ALL” from the dropdown.

9. Click “Generate YTD Financial Report” blue box.

10. Click the “YTD Financial <LEA #> <Beginning Date> thru <Ending Date>.pdf” above the blue box.

District Child Nutrition directors and bookkeepers should print a copy of this report for their use and keep on file in the district for auditors review.  Printed copies of the Year to Date Report will no longer be mailed to each district.
