The Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation (Division) is providing web-based training for the 2019 Master Plan Update and Preliminary Master Plan.  The Division requests and strongly urges all superintendents, facilities consultants, facility managers, school district personnel, and/or any person(s) closely associated with the school district’s Master Plan to participate in the training. 

The training does not require attending a meeting.  It can be viewed on a laptop, IPad, desktop, or computer with internet access.  The presentation is best viewed with Windows Media Player.  

The Web Tool is available (July 18, 2018) for the school districts to prepare their 2019 Master Plan Update/Preliminary Master Plan, which is due February 1, 2019.

School districts are strongly encouraged to review the Commission for Arkansas Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation Rules Governing the Facilities Master Plan (July 2013) which is available on the Division’s website.  Please contact the school district’s assigned Area Project Manager – Planning and Construction with questions or for additional information.
