Food
Service Management Companies (FSMC) that wish to contract for any or all food
service with any School Food Authority (SFA) in Arkansas must register with the
Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Division of Elementary and Secondary
Education (DESE), Child Nutrition Unit (CNU). The registration form must be
received by CNU no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019.

Only
FSMCs registered by October 18, 2019, will be eligible to respond to the Request
for Proposal (RFP) released by the SFA for procurement of a FSMC for school
year 2020-2021. Registrations received
after the deadline are not considered.
An
official list of registered FSMCs will be included with the written approval
from CNU to procure FSMC services for school year 2020-2021.
