Beginning, Monday, July 20, fingerprinting services will resume onsite at the Arkansas Department of Education. After consultation with the Arkansas Department of Health, the following guidelines will be in place for those scheduling an appointment.
The Arkansas Department of Education will:
- Provide hand sanitizer and access to public restrooms upon entering and exiting the building
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the process
- Clean and sanitize fingerprinting machines and electronic equipment after each use
- Stagger appointment times and locations to ensure social distancing guidelines are accommodated (30 minutes apart/ 2 locations)
Fingerprint Applicants Must:

Step 2: Provide proof of Payment and consent form

Step 3: Bring your payment receipt transaction ID to #4 Capitol mall for Live Scan fingerprinting.
Step 4: Wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth.
