The Arkansas Department of Health Education Hotline (833-504-0155) will continue to field COVID calls for school-related cases and exposures.  This hotline is for school administrators, school nurses, and district designated Points of Contact (POC).  The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) is tasked with keeping track of community spread among the state. This includes local schools. In order to reduce the spread, it is necessary to identify positive cases and probable close contacts as quickly as possible. To do this, it is required that the POC call the Arkansas Department of Health Education Hotline (833-504-0155) to report all positive cases and close contacts as soon as possible.
