On June 11, 2020, the State Board of Education gave final approval to revisions to the following rules. These rules are effective as of August 13, 2020. 

  • DESE Rules Governing Federal Program Complaint Resolution
  • DESE Rules Governing Parental Involvement Programs and Family and Community Engagement
  • DESE Rules Governing the College and Career Readiness Planning Program
