On December 1, 2020, Frank T. Brogan, Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education, U.S. Department of Education, released a letter offering flexibility regarding Title IV funds due to COVID-19.  DESE plans to submit for this waiver and request public comments be sent to ade.essacomments@arkansas.gov
