Private Review:

The 2020 Arkansas School Performance Report (School Report Card) will be available for private review by school districts January 5, 2021 - January 12, 2021. The information in the report card pulls from certified cycle data and graduation data submitted to DESE. The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is planning to release the 2020 School Report Card on January 19, 2021 for public viewing.

The School Report Card consists of several modules, which are all hyperlinked on the left-hand side of the page in underlined red text. Please use the following link to access the video demonstrating the Report Card Review: How to view Report Card. The Arkansas School Report Card provides comprehensive data for each school, district, and the State of Arkansas.  In this year’s reports, each section has colored indicators that reflect current data availability. A green indicator means the section is complete; a yellow indicator signifies that some of the data are available; a red indicator means that information is still needed to complete that section.  An orange indicator signifies a Covid-19 disruption and that data are unavailable for the 2019-2020 school year.  All available sections will be completed by April 15, 2021.

In the 2019-2020 school year, events related to COVID-19 caused a disruption to on-site instruction, assessment, accountability, and reporting.  Because of these events, some items typically included in accountability and reporting are not available. The Abbreviated School Report Card will include several indicators that will give insight into important educational information that will help guide decisions that impact student learning. The following link will provide more information regarding the impact of Covid-19 on Report Card Modules.   Report Card Modules Impacted by Covid 19

Special Note:  The 2020 graduation rates are included in the School Report Card and will be utilized for the 2021 ESSA School Index.
