The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is planning to publicly release the 2020 School Report Card on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  While all the data will not be available until April 15, 2021, the majority of the report card will be ready for review.  

The DESE has prepared a communications toolkit. This toolkit is intended to provide resources to help school officials prepare as you communicate information about your school’s report cards to students, parents, staff, media and your communities.  We hope this toolkit will provide you with information and materials you can copy and share as is, or modify and incorporate into your own materials. Report Card Letter from School to Family and Community Template

This letter can be personalized for a school or district to provide communication about the report card to stakeholders. Both English and Spanish versions included.
