On May 31, 2021, the amended Commission for Arkansas Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation Rules Governing the Academic Facilities Partnership Program will take effect. A copy of the rules, as amended, is attached. The rules also will be posted to the website of the Division for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation at http://arkansasfacilities.arkansas.gov/. The only amendment was to Section 6.02.
