Collaboration with Arkansas Teachers for Arkansas Teachers
Please join the Statewide Collaborative Teacher Team for a day of focused learning for each grade level. The Statewide Collaborative Teacher Team was formed in April of 2020 in response to the pandemic and created the Arkansas Playbook to address unfinished learning. These teams experienced the value of collaborating with teams across the state to share their experiences and learn from each other. This one day webinar will be the beginning of a continuous monthly collaboration for each grade level or content area throughout the school year. The goals of the collaborative teams are:
1. Provide clarity of the processes utilized by a high-functioning teacher team in a Professional Learning Community culture
2. Create a statewide system of collaboration with teachers
3. Provide a platform for singletons to participate with similar content collaborative teams
Secondary Collaborative Teacher Team times will be released in a future Commissioner's Memo. Below are the upcoming dates and registration links for Kindergarten through 6th grade teams. The sessions are all virtual. The zoom links will be sent the day prior to the event to all those who have registered.
