The Arkansas Department of Education is committed to serving and supporting schools and districts in student achievement through evidence-based practices.  In pursuit of excellence, the Office of Education Renewal Zones (ERZs) is providing professional development to support schools in their journey of creating a professional learning community culture through the High Reliability Schools school improvement framework.
