The Arkansas Department of Education: Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is pleased to announce the release of combined Post-Appeals 2021 ACT Aspire Summative with Alternate Assessments data sets on My School Info (MSI).

The Post-Appeals data sets are processed after the closing and corrections submitted on the 2021 Assessment Correction Engine (ACE).

Steps to access:

Individual School/District data set

  • Go to https://myschoolinfo.arkansas.gov
  • On the Search (Schools/Districts tab), type in your School/District name
  • Click on your School/District name hyperlink followed by clicking on Custom Report
  • Expand on Student Assessment segment with the 2020-2021 school year selectedas the default year
  • Select ACT Aspire Achievement (2016-2021) segment and corresponding data elements
  • Click Generate Report

Statewide (All Districts and All Schools) data sets

  • Go to https://myschoolinfo.arkansas.gov
  • On the homepage , click on District or School Statewide Reports section
  • Expand on Student Assessment segment with the 2020-2021 school year selectedas the default year
  • Select ACT Aspire Achievement (2016-2021) segment and corresponding data elements
  • Click Generate Report

 

This will allow year-year to comparison and trending analysis across the years in my School Info.

Coming Soon:

The 2021 ESSA School index: Private Reports will be released on My School Info data portal in the first week of October 20021.  Districts will continue to have access to Private Reports post log-on. Please ensure to have your log-in pre-requisites in-place for your district/school personnel access to the secured My School Info portal by logging into My School Info today.

District Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

Login using your State Active Directory (SSO) credentials. The e-mail address associated with your APSCN account must be registered as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent (Coordinator Code = U or X) in the SIS LEA Profile for your district.

School Principals

The e-mail address associated with your APSCN account must be registered as a Principal (Coordinator Code = P) in the SIS LEA Profile for your district.

Authorized District Users

Login using your State Active Directory (SSO) credentials. Your account must be setup in eSchoolPlus: Menu > Scheduling > Resources > Staff District Information. Additionally, your district superintendent or assistant superintendent and, Principal must first login and add your account to the LEA’s authorized users list within My School Info.

Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents and Principals can add up to ten (10) additional users from their districts & schools respectively by logging into My School Info secured site.
