Food Service Management
Companies (FSMC) that wish to contract food service operations with any School
Food Authority (SFA) in Arkansas must register with the Arkansas Department of
Education, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Child Nutrition
Unit.
Any affiliate or subsidiary of a
parent company must register independently.
The registration form must be
received by CNU no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, October 29, 2021.

Only FSMCs registered by October
29, 2021, will be eligible to respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP)
released by an SFA for procurement of a FSMC for school year 2022-2023.
Registrations received after the
deadline will not be considered.
An official list of registered
FSMCs will be provided to SFAs from the CNU when procuring FSMC services for
school year 2022-2023.
