Memo Text

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE): Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) – Fiscal and Administrative Services in partnership with ADE Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the release of ESSER Transparency Dashboard Portal on the Insights platform.

ESSER Transparency Dashboard Portal URL:

https://esser-insight.ade.arkansas.gov/

There are two (2) levels of Dashboard:

  1. By ESSER Program
  2. By ESSER Category

The ESSER transparency dashboard provides the public an opportunity to access information about how funds have been used to improve student learning, address lost learning opportunities, support students’ mental health and wellbeing, and more.  The dashboard will be updated monthly.  It is important to note that the dashboard will not show funds that are obligated and will reflect reimbursed expenses.

The dashboard shows spending under all three rounds of ESSER funding – through the CARES Act in May 2020, the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act in January 2021, and the American Rescue Plan in March 2021.

For more information, please visit the ESSER Funding site.

Note: The current data is based on October 22, 2021 data loads.
