The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE): Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in partnership with the ADE Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the release of SIS Cycle Status Dashboard.

SIS Cycle Status Dashboard Portal URL:

The SIS Cycle Status Dashboard gives an overview of the SIS submission status by Cycle and by District. The dashboard provides an overview of the 3 status: Submit, Validate and Submit for the on-going most current cycle for the active school year.

Additionally, the Dashboard provided the option to obtain the list of On-Time district submission for any given cycle for the active school year.

Dashboard Refresh Frequency:

Currently, the Dashboard refreshes automatically 8 times per day (8/day). See below schedule. In the future, we will have options for data refresh to 48 times per day (48/day).

Refresh Schedule (8/day): 8:00 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m. , 6 p.m. , 9 p.m. , 12-00 midnight.
