Proposed amendments to the following Division of Elementary and Secondary Education Rules have been released for public comment;

  • Background Checks
  • Eligibility and Financial Incentives for Arkansas Leadership Academy Master Principal
  • Eligibility and Financial Incentives for National Board for Professional Teaching Standards
  • Grading and Course Credit (Chapters 1 and 7 only)

A public hearing concerning these proposed rules amendments will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the Arkansas Department of Education, Arch Ford Building, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR, 72201.  Written comments may be emailed to, or may be mailed to ADE Legal Services, Four Capitol Mall, Room 302A, Little Rock, AR, 72201.
