The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education is pleased to continue statewide implementation and support of the High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, developed by Dr. Robert Marzano.  The latest distribution of the HRS survey ran from October 5th – October 22nd, and an analysis report for each participating school will be available by the end of Friday, November 19th

  • Reports can be accessed through the Arkansas Digital Locker (https://adelocker.arkansas.gov)
    • Use Active Directory login and password
    • Accounts must be assigned to a School Administrator or District Administrator EdFi group
  • DESE and Marzano Research have scheduled a virtual session to support schools in using their survey results on November 30th with Dr. Shelley Gies, Marzano Associate, from 9:00 am to noon.  Register for this work session at ESC Works Session #455525
