The Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN) conducts research by surveying military families and then shares its data with the government, armed services leadership, and community providers to develop solutions to meet the needs of military families.

Military families can assist MFAN by participating in its survey. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available at this link: Military Family Advisory Network Family Survey.

School districts may disseminate this information to military families at their discretion. Please note that the survey is voluntary and anonymous.
