The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) - Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the completion of the Statewide Information System (SIS) Cycle 5 data reports publish on My School Info (MSI) portal. The data updates include a variety of data focal points and subject areas from SIS Cycle 5 Reporting. SIS is one of the primary data source for My School Info.

The list of the data areas include in the round of updates are mentioned as below:

  1. Student Homeless
  2. Student Immunization Exemptions
  3. Finance Transportation (Bus)
  4. School Board Training Hours (using Report Card Module)

The data source for the above data sets are based on Statewide Information System, Cycle 5 certified submission from school districts and sourced from ADE’s K-12 State Data Warehouse.

Steps to run a Report

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://myschoolinfo.arkansas.gov
  2. Search for a particular LEA
  3. Select the appropriate school year
  4. Select the data elements needed for the specific report
  5. Click on Generate Report

 

Note: LEA stands for Local Education Agency, associated with LEA # which is the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify districts, schools, and cooperatives
