Revised LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds, ARP Section 2001(e)
Each district must update the LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds to budget the full amount of the final ARP ESSER allocation and a minimum of 20% set aside to address Learning Loss. Please note that learning loss (program code 170) must be utilized for evidence based practices only. Districts must select evidence-based practices included in the LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds or add additional rows to provide the practice and evidence that will be utilized by the district. The LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds requires planning for the district’s full allocation among the three areas on the template. District may revise the current plan or may utilize a revised Use of Funds Plan (with revised Learning Loss program code 170).
1. The LEA must revise and submit the LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds to the DESE by uploading the plan in the district’s ESSER folder in Indistar by June 1, 2022. Please label the plan as Revised.
2. The LEA Plan for Use of ARP ESSER Funds must be posted on the district website and the URL provided to DESE at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdNGx61aG78wXDHnrjxXZ0QT7vrtXdUxz1KUu2zxfFyEIhjlw/viewform?usp=pp_url no later than close of business on June 1, 2022.
3. The plan may be revised by notifying Jayne.Green@ade.arkansas.gov and uploading the revised plan in Indistar and posting the revised plan on the district website (please include the revision date on all documents).
