EAST Administrator & Stakeholder Training is
designed for stakeholders responsible for the local EAST program (i.e.
budgeting, scheduling, daily program operations including technical support,
student and facilitator training, facilitator observations, etc.) and will be
offered in two tracks - Introductory and Continuing. (See below for complete
descriptions.) All materials will be provided.

Introductory Training
Any administrator or stakeholder who has never
attended EAST Administrator & Stakeholder Training should attend this
5-hour interactive training exploring the unique traits of the EAST environment
and providing best practices for your role in supporting your local EAST
program. Attendance is required by administrative representatives of new EAST
programs, new building administrators, and administrators/stakeholders who
actively oversee an EAST program.

Training
Any administrator or stakeholder who has
previously attended EAST Administrator & Stakeholder Training should attend
this 3 hour interactive training that reviews the unique traits and best
practices of the EAST environment and introduces you to current student
engagement data collection and collaboration opportunities happening across the
EAST network. Attendance is required by administrative representatives of new
EAST programs, new building administrators, and administrators/stakeholders who
actively oversee an EAST program and have not attended training in the past
three (3) years.

Engagement & Collaboration Opportunities
There is no cost to attend either workshop and
technology professional development will be given to participants. The dates
and times for sessions are listed below. Registration is REQUIRED. You may
