A.C.A. § 6-21-808 (c)(2) was amended by Act 933
of 2019 to address all school districts’ use of the State-provided computerized
maintenance management system.
This brief summary should provide school
districts guidance to properly set up the computerized maintenance management
system to include the Preventative Maintenance (PM) Schedules and help
reduce unnecessary or burdensome duplications.
