EAST Administrator & Stakeholder Training is designed
for stakeholders responsible for the local EAST program (i.e. budgeting,
scheduling, daily program operations including technical support, student and
facilitator training, facilitator observations, etc.) and will be offered in
two tracks - Introductory and Continuing. (See below for complete
descriptions.) All materials will be provided.
EAST
Administrator & Stakeholder Introductory Training
Any
administrator or stakeholder who has never attended EAST Administrator &
Stakeholder Training should attend this 5-hour interactive training exploring
the unique traits of the EAST environment and providing best practices for your
role in supporting your local EAST program. Attendance is required by
administrative representatives of new EAST programs, new building
administrators, and administrators/stakeholders who actively oversee an EAST
program.

Any
administrator or stakeholder who has previously attended EAST Administrator
& Stakeholder Training should attend this 3-hour interactive training that
reviews the unique traits and best practices of the EAST environment and
introduces you to current student engagement data collection and collaboration
opportunities happening across the EAST network. Attendance is required by
administrative representatives of new EAST programs, new building
administrators, and administrators/stakeholders who actively oversee an EAST
program and have not attended training in the past three (3) years.

There is no
cost to attend either workshop and technology professional development will be
given to participants. The dates and times for sessions are listed below.
