Session 1: Creating Your Data Picture
Participants will create a data picture from their data, identify trends, and set priorities and goals. If bringing a team, all members must register individually.

Session 2 is offered as a hybrid session for those needing a virtual option. The onsite location is at Southern Arkansas University (SAU), Magnolia.
Session 3: Building Your Master Schedule
Participants will work with Arkansas practitioners to collaboratively build their 2023-2024 master schedules based on priorities identified during Sessions 1 and 2. DESE Divisions will provide statewide office hours to provide technical assistance following Session 3. Time and location to be announced.
