The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) - Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, Office of Information Technology is pleased to announce the completion of the Statewide Information System (SIS) Cycle 6 data reports publish on My School Info (MSI) portal. The data updates include a variety of data focal points and subject areas from SIS Cycle 6 Reporting, including Cycle 3 and Cycle 5 data re-submissions. SIS is one of the primary data source for My School Info.

The list of the data areas include in the round of updates are mentioned as below:

  1. Student Homeless
  2. Student Retention
  3. Student Dropout/Withdrawal
  4. Student Attendance Rate
  5. Student Immunization Exemptions
  6. School Private Schools
  7. Finance Transportation (Bus)
  8. Finance Millage
  9. Personnel: Teacher Licensure Exception

The data source for the above data sets are based on Statewide Information System, Cycle 6 certified submission from school districts and sourced from ADE’s K-12 State Data Warehouse.

Steps to run a Report

  1. Open a web browser and go to
  2. Search for a particular LEA
  3. Select the appropriate school year
  4. Select the data elements needed for the specific report
  5. Click on Generate Report


Note: LEA stands for Local Education Agency, associated with LEA # which is the unique seven-digit number assigned by the ADE to identify districts, schools, and cooperatives.
