Memo Text

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE): Office of Information Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce that for the 2021-2022 school year data collection, the department/State Educational Agency (SEA) has actively engaged with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) to assist LEAs with the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) process.  The data will be sourced from Statewide Information System (K-12 Data Warehouse).

Since we have volunteered to complete LEAs registration, CRDC will not be including our LEAs in the upcoming broadcast to complete registration themselves.  Therefore, LEA user accounts will not be created during the registration period.

If you do not want the SEA to complete your District/Schools registration for you, please notify

                                    Michelle.Staton@ade.arkansas.gov

                                    (501) 682-2105

Please notify Ms. Staton no later than May 26, 2023, by 4:00 p.m.  If you are opting out of the SEAs assistance, your information will be passed on to CRDC as an LEA who wished to complete your own registration.  You may reach out to CRDC at crdc@aemcorp.com  to update contacts if there are any changes between the end of registration and the collection opening.
