The Commission for Arkansas Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation amended Sections 5.00 and 7.00 of its Rules Governing the Academic Facilities Partnership Program.   These rules will take effect on May 29, 2023.  A copy of the rules is attached to this memo and also can be found on the Division for Public School Academic Facilities and Transporation's website at Arkansas Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation - Facilities
