Code Ann. § 6-20-2202(e)(2) to submit a list of all required financial accountability reports including due dates of those reports to each school district, open-enrollment public charter school, and education service cooperative by July 1 each year. The Department is also authorized by Ark. Code Ann. § 6-20-2202(e)(1) to withhold state aid from school districts that fail to file budgets and other required reports in a timely manner. The attached list for 2023-2024 is submitted to comply with this legislation. The list has been updated to identify those reports that are to be submitted electronically. Some reports are still in the development stage for electronic submission. If they are not developed in time for electronic submission, written forms will be distributed.
