Three LEA Insights modules that provide student value-added growth scores and educator-, grade-, and school-level visualizations to support local efforts to improve teaching and learning for all students are now available for viewing by district and school leadership. The School and Teacher Value-Added Growth modules are designed for exploration and analysis. The Teacher Value-Added Measures module is designed to provide information related to teacher impact on student learning. 

These modules can be accessed under the “Academics” tab after logging into LEA Insights (http://insight.ade.arkansas.gov). Superintendents can grant access to district and school leadership under the “Admin” tab.

DESE Office of Educator Effectiveness and Licensure will host a webinar where participants can gain a better understanding of the data within the Teacher Value-Added Growth and Teacher Value-Added Measures modules and the differences in how the modules should be used.
