The
Arkansas Department of Education (ADE), Division of Elementary and
Secondary
Education (DESE), is requesting that school districts update their school directory information. This includes Education
Service Cooperative Director, District Superintendent, school
principals, and other school district personnel's information for the
upcoming 24-25 school year.
It is
imperative that the information is updated on a regular basis as it is used
by several ADE-DESE Program Offices and other
stakeholders to reach out with the latest information from the ADE. Additionally, the information is used to
cross-reference access for various ADE Educational Information Systems as
listed below:

The
information is updated by a districts’ APSCN-SIS Cycle Coordinator using
the ADE Statewide Information System (SIS) and resides on
the LEA Profile module of the ADE SIS web application, which
is used to certify Cycle 1 through Cycle 9 data submission. The update process
is now cycle independent and can be updated anytime of the
year.
The
information for ADE SIS LEA Profile: Contact Person / School Personnel is updated
on a daily basis and displayed on the ADE Data Center: School Personnel
Directory (SPD) web tool.
