Code Ann. § 6-20-2202(e)(2) to submit a list of all required financial accountability reports including due dates of those reports to each school district, open-enrollment public charter school, and education service cooperative by July 1 each year. The Department is also authorized by Ark. Code Ann. § 6-20-2202(e)(1) to withhold state aid from school districts that fail to file budgets and other required reports in a timely manner. The Annual Reports section of the OIT Calendar is updated for 2024-2025 to comply with this legislation. The Calendar may be downloaded as a PDF, Excel file, or added to your calendar with an .ics file.
