Memo Text

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is excited to announce its annual Education Summit, which will be held at the Hot Springs Convention Center on July 15-17, 2025. The conference sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed. The Summit still promises to offer something for everyone, including teachers, administrators, technology personnel, and student support staff.

The conference will kick off with a Welcome Reception and the opening of the Exhibit Hall on Monday, July 14th, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. This will be an excellent opportunity to network and engage with exhibitors before the busy conference schedule begins.

Pre-registration is now open! Tickets are $100 per person, with a pre-registration deadline of June 20, 2025. On-site registration will be available, and payments can be made by credit card, check, or money order payable to the Arkansas Department of Education.

Providing professional development credit will remain up to the district's discretion, as no certificates will be provided by the ADE. The SCHED system, where participants register for individual sessions, offers the ability to print an individual’s schedule of sessions if needed.

For the latest details on hotel accommodations and conference updates, please visit the official ADE Summit webpage.

Don't forget to check the website regularly, as new information will be posted leading up to the conference. Additionally, please download the ADE SUMMIT app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to stay connected and get the most up-to-date details while on the go.
