The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking proposals under Act 237 of 2023 to establish a transformation contract for the educational and administrative management of the Blytheville School District. The DESE is hereby providing notice and inviting any educational third-party entity or charter management organization that is interested, to submit an Intent to Submit a Proposal for this contract. 

All intents to negotiate must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025.
