Memo Text

2024-2025 SY Assessment Corrections Engine (ACE)

The Assessment Correction Engine (ACE) will be open to all districts via the ADE Data Center from August 7–22, 2025. During this time, districts must certify their assessment data and may submit documentation to remove eligible students from the expected-to-test denominator. All data, including confirmations of no corrections, must be certified by the district superintendent no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025.

To support this process, the School Performance Unit will host the "ACE"-ing Test Corrections" webinar for district and school staff on August 4 at 11:00 a.m. (Webinar link: “ACE”-ing Test Corrections).

Superintendents or DTCs must log in to certify district data. Districts are strongly encouraged to review their participation rate (percent tested) early and enter any necessary Reason Not Tested (RNT) codes and documentation—especially if the rate is below 95%. Only 2024–2025 school year data may be updated.

Post-appeal accountability data will be used for the ESSA School Index, School Performance Report Card, and Rewards/Recognition calculations.

For questions, contact the School Performance Unit at ade.schmail@ade.arkansas.gov or (501) 682-7339.
