Memo Text
The ADE Cohort Graduation Rates System (ACGRS) will be open from November 6 - November 20, 2025. All corrections with proper documentation must be completed no later than 4 PM on November 20, 2024.
High school graduation rates are calculated using the Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate (ACGR), which represents the percentage of students who earn a diploma within four years of starting 9th grade (known as the 4-year ACGR). Graduation rates serve as a metric in the Success Ready Graduate component of the School Letter Grade. This window provides an opportunity to submit cohort corrections, and approved requests will adjust the graduation cohort accordingly.
