The Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is opening a data verification and corrections window for 2025 Graduate Success Ready Graduate (SRG) data. This data directly impacts the upcoming 2026 School and District Letter Grades.

Because SRG is a lagging indicator, districts must now verify the accuracy of the data DESE has on file for the 2025 graduates.

Action Required Steps:

1. Download: Superintendent must access the district’s student spreadsheet in the ADE Digital Locker.
2.  Delegate: Share the spreadsheet and the SRG User Guide and spreadsheet with the appropriate district personnel (e.g., District Test Coordinator, High School Principal/Counselor) for verification.
3.  Submit: If corrections are needed, use the spreadsheet to identify graduates for review and submit it back to DESE following the steps in the SRG User Guide.

Timeline:

• Window Opens: Thursday, May 21, 2026
• Deadline to Submit: Friday, June 5, 2026

Note: In the future, this verification process will transition to the Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate (ACGR) window, scheduled for November 2, 2026.
