The Assessment Correction Engine (ACE) interface will be available to all districts from July 13 through July 23 at the ADE Data Center. Districts must use ACE to certify assessment data and may submit documentation to remove eligible students from their denominator for expected to test. All data, including no corrections needed, must be certified by the district superintendent no later than 5:00 p.m., July 23, 2026.

The School Performance Unit will provide an “ACE”-ing Test Corrections webinar for district- and school-level staff on July 8th at 1:00 PM at Webinar: “ACE”ing Test Corrections. Passcode: 669034

Superintendents or DTC must log in to certify their district’s data. Districts are strongly encouraged to review their participation rate data (percent tested) and enter any needed Reason Not Tested (RNT) codes and documentation as early as possible especially if percent tested is less than 95%. Only data for the 2025-2026  school year can be changed.

The resulting post-appeal accountability information will be used in the ESSA School Index, School Performance Report Card, and Rewards/Recognition calculations.

For more information regarding assessment corrections, please contact one of the individuals listed above or email ade.schmail@ade.arkansas.gov.
