The 2027 Roster Verification System (RVS) is now open in LEA Insights for district and school review. RVS links each teacher to the students they taught, so that each Arkansas teacher growth score reflects the growth of those students on the spring state assessments.

How to Access RVS: Log in to LEA Insights at https://insight.ade.arkansas.gov with your state Active Directory credentials (APSCN ID and password). Select Master Schedule > Roster Verification System. For password help, contact your district's Active Directory Manager.

Review and Corrections: Monday, October 12, 2026 through Sunday, April 25, 2027. Teachers, principals, and district leaders should review their rosters, potential contributor lists, and course assignments. Corrections are not made in RVS. Make corrections in eSchool or eFinance. RVS updates nightly with the previous day's changes.

Live Rostering and Approvals: Monday, April 26 through Tuesday, June 1, 2027. Teachers verify their rosters, principals then approve all rosters in their building, and superintendents then approve all schools in the district.
