The State Board of Education is seeking to establish a transformation contract under Act 237 of 2023 for the Marvell-Elaine School District for the 2023-2024 school year, and is hereby providing notice and inviting any third-party entity or charter management organization that is interested, to submit an intent to negotiate for this contract. 

All intents to negotiate must be recieved by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
