SmartData Dashboard provided to all Districts

Districts now have access to SmartData Dashboards with data updating daily from Triand. See below for information about login access and training.

Login Info

Access to SmartData will be granted based on Superintendent approval. Superintendents will receive an email from Ladell@hugheseducation.net providing a template for them to indicate district personnel who should receive login credentials. Identified personnel will receive an email with their login credentials after they attend training. These credentials will give the user access to the district’s live portal.

Training

GENERAL SESSIONS: SmartData trainings are being offered in person via the local educational cooperatives or virtually from Smartdata. Check ESCWorks for coop training dates and times. Visit https://www.SmartDataDashboard.com/ to register for a general virtual session. Participants will register by clicking on the training they want to attend and selecting “Register for Training.”

August and September sessions will focus on general overview of the dashboards.

Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. - Students at Risk Dashboard

Tuesday and Thursday at 2:00 p.m. - Student Profile Dashboard.

These training sessions are open to all SmartData Users, especially for building level leadership teams. Additional topics will be added monthly so check back regularly.

SPECIFIC TRAINING: District or building leaders can request training for their site by clicking on the “Request Specific Training” button located at https://www.SmartDataDashboard.com/ .
