Administrators now have access to three years of teacher growth score data through the LEA Insights Teacher Growth Score Data and Trends Module. This module will allow administrators to see composite and subject specific growth scores for their current teachers. This data can be used to better understand a teacher’s impact on student learning as well as to identify teachers with a three-year growth score in the top quartile for ELA and Math, which can be helpful when meeting student assignment requirements (Refer to the Rules Governing Math Intervention and the Right to Read Rules for more information).

This module can be accessed by administrators under the “Human Capital” tab after logging into LEA Insights (http://insight.ade.arkansas.gov). Superintendents can grant access to district and school leadership under the “Admin” tab.
