Memo Text

The LEA Insights Teacher Growth Score Data and Trends Module has been updated to provide 2025 teacher growth scores as well as the most recent three-year average teacher growth scores. This module displays composite and subject specific growth scores. Administrators have access to growth scores for teachers currently employed in their district. ESC Directors have access to the growth data for all teachers in their support region. This data can be used to better understand a teacher’s impact on student learning as well as to identify teachers with three-year growth scores in the top quartile for ELA and Math, which is helpful when meeting student assignment requirements (Refer to the Rules Governing Math Intervention and the Right to Read Rules for more information).

This module can be accessed under the “Human Capital” tab after logging into LEA Insights (http://insight.ade.arkansas.gov).

The data found in the "Explaining the Distribution of 3-Year Average Teacher Growth Scores," presentation attached to this memo and linked in the heading of the Teacher Growth Score Data and Trends module can be used to gain a better understanding of how a teacher's growth score compares to other teacher growth scores statewide.
